Flite Mimic TTS - Text to Speech

It's the flite engine based on https://github.com/happyalu/Flite-TTS-Engine-for-Android

There are a few modifications and more to come !

There are a few bugs ! But some will be corrected quickly.

You must download the voice list in "manage voices" , click on the hamburger , then you can able to download voices.

Known bugs :

- having multiple voices from the same language and country don't work, only one voice will work, on recent Android
